I have just recently begun my quest (again) to do better regarding health and exercise (around 4 weeks), but I am one who eats mostly the same things daily. I have a couple of different meals that I rotate, but I stay within my comfort zone. This works for me because I am not a big variety eater anyway....and it's safe…
