With all the stuff you can find on Youtube... why buy anything?? You should check it all out! Search for any type of workout stuff on there. Check out Weightless with Kiya she's got great stuff too!

Look at your diary for the 26th. That's the best of your entries that I've seen. Use it as a sample, and build off of it. (Minus the pop tarts!) ;) If you could ditch the frapps and add more FRESH fruits and veggies as well as some protein, you'd probably see results. Time to find an iced coffee you can make at home maybe?…

Yes, I used it. I used it for about a month. (over a year ago now). I lost weight... because the chemical's in the SENSA made my brain decide the food didn't taste good. So I'd only eat a little bit. I'd sprinkle it in my coffee every day and make my coffee like normal. A week later I found I didn't want to drink my coffee…

I've seen it used with soups. I have not tried it myself yet.

You can freeze banana's and then blend them with milk (almond milk) and any flavors you want (strawberry, cocoa powder etc) Then you can eat your ice cream and not feel bad about it. It's still going to be 100 calories or so, but it will have nutrition.

Ask for a free tour of a gym near you... and then decide if it's for you or not! Don't knock it til you try it ;) Walking is great no matter how you look at it. Just keep going faster and farther.

Just an idea.... and only some will agree A trip to your chiropractor may be all you need. My feet get adjusted occasionally and it makes all the difference! Yes I said FEET not back! :) Although I do get my back adjusted sometimes too. I work over a desk 12 hours a day ...

The two things that have worked for me are: HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training) It's amazing! (I only did once a week 30 min) I walked for 30 minutes twice a week too. Only three workouts..... it's more about the next step for me I eat 200 calories every two hours. (The healthier the foods the better) Sugars…

40 pounds for me took me from a 20 to a 16. Don't give up. It's going to fall off! My co-worker has lost 14 inches and only 2 pounds. So maybe you could do measurements to see the difference? Arms, waist, hips, chest, neck etc Just because those 30 pounds are gone, doesn't mean they all came off your hips/legs/thighs right?

You seriously CAN do ANYTHING you put your mind to. So ask yourself...... how bad do you want to give up on pepsi? If you don't really want to give it up, you will continue to struggle. I agree with the cutting back method before giving it up though. I quit MT Dew (8-12 cans a day) smoking cream and sugar in my coffee…

Left over coffee is always in my fridge!!! I also freeze left over coffee in ice cube trays because I can't stand it watered down. You could freeze milk and vanilla ice cubes too. I add any milk I feel like. Vanilla almond is my favorite but it has some sugar. Then I add vanilla extract and two cap fulls of sugar free…

They make lunch containers now so you can separate all sorts of stuff! But if you don't have one, then plastic bags can work too. Use tortilla's instead of bread. They make whole wheat and low carb. You can put anything you want on it! Asian style, or turkey and cheese, add any veggies you want! You can spread hummus or…

Yeah it's putting hormones similar to horse pregnancy hormones in your body so it won't go into starvation mode. They want you to eat 500 calories (2 small meals a day) just so you won't die. It's strict and plays with the hormones and metabolism. My boss lost 30lbs in one month on it. She's kept it off because she did…
