I like to roast a pan of whatever veggies were on sale at the store (broccoli, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, cauliflower, carrots etc) I eat them roasted with olive oil and spices but the leftovers I blend in my nutri-bullet and heat up as a soup! :) Sprinkle cheese or sour cream and green onions as a topping.

This depends on your health actually. If you don't need to avoid anything, just add an extra meal a day for a week and see what happens. More calories in than you burn?

I use frozen banana with chocolate protein powder and extra cocoa powder with almond milk and create a super thick chocolate "milkshake" which I eat as a meal.

This struggle is real! My suggestion is to slowly wean yourself down. Start by cutting the amount of creamer you use in half. And then add a little bit of milk or almond milk in place of it. A tablespoon of milk is only 10 calories. I still use creamer because I like my coffee light and sweet. But I use one tablespoon of…

Turkey, chicken, pork- doesn't matter really. You sometimes have to throw out "breakfast" in your mind because it usually means carbs-- oatmeal, toast, banana= carbs. Greek yogurt is a good protein source but watch the sugar. If you can eat it plain or with cinnamon or just a little bit of low sugar or no sugar jam it…

Fruit snacks are chewy, raisins too... but in reality if its that specific that you know exactly what you are craving... sometimes you just have to do it or you will not stop thinking about them.

Eat a little bit less, move a little bit more, and keep at it. You'll find what works as long as you don't give up! You are losing a little bit- which says you are on the right track! Keep going!

Cold laser. Maybe did too much too soon. The pain stayed around 6 all week. But if can feel more movement. Pain around 4 this morning. Down to a 3 after yoga and roller. Now to decide if the cold laser will be worth the pain or not-

I've been doing yoga for my back/neck everyday for a week. Some are 10min twice was 30min (cause it felt great) One full week of added Vitamin D3 (said to help with pain, and needed cause I'm in a northern climate and don't see the sun) and 4 days of added fish oil and glucosamine/condritant. My pain for the last three…

Oh ok I gotcha! My pain is cervical/thoracic though, so a specialty clinic is usually needed. (Which I'd pay $1000 just to fly to Seattle followed by whatever my insurance won't cover. :(

Wow! Such amazing response so quickly!!! To complicate my issues- I live on a island with no "real" swimming pool, no real gym, questionable health care, and it's cold. I'm only waiting for my husband to retire so we can live somewhere with more sun and more options! - Inafog-- no hot tub, just a shallow bath tub and no I…

This all depends on what you like: You can add protein powder to almost anything if you need it. If you like thin consistency just use a few ice cubes. If you want milk shake consistency (Hard with a hurt jaw maybe) then use all frozen fruit (or a frozen banana). Today I had a scoop of chocolate protein powder, cocoa…

Top Ramen and boiled eggs? I have no idea if it fits what you are looking for - its high in sodium for sure but has protein and is cheap :)

Low fat cottage cheese is 90 cal and you could have a few raw veggies with it too.
