I like adding one of the taco seasoning packages to it and then putting it on salad. I use turkey for everything I used to use beef for. I have had this before. If it is inner or outer you may want to get a band to wear over your ears, if it is just inner ear try putting cotton balls in your ears. I think some people just have ears that are more sensitive to cold. Maybe someone has a better solution but this has worked for me

Well it is true my BF% is much higher than I would like to see, however I am keeping in mind it is almost 15% lower than 2 years ago when I had it measured at the gym.
