^^^ THANK U!!! Usually i don't reply to posts but this motivated me... and to the OP- u will be fine as long as it doesnt become a habit. And u can always eat more, the no snacking at night thing is a myth. Just be smart about . Stay within reasonable amounts.

To me your food choices look excellent. Plus your working out.... so Maybe your body is just responding very well. In fact, i want your results:) I'm losing but slightly slower than you. What is your workout routine?

At this point it's just a health choice. processed food isn't as healthy as natural stuff. But if that's not your focus then don't worry about it. Obviously your reduction in portions is working for your weight loss goals.

I am the same way! I love Air popped popcorn w/o butter (you can buy the popper for about 20bucks) or cut up cumbers, broccoli, onions, etc and dip in hummus.
