it doesnt matter when u eat at all as long as u are in ur calorie range- Calories in verses out. Pretty simple.

Lemon is so right, BUT I just cant sit. I have a Fitbit and I am very competitve in the boards. If I were to "rest" I would slide down to the middle and have a meltdown. It keeps me motivated and I loveeeeeeeeeee it!

I feel you! Mine ate 3 double deals from Mcdonalds yesterday -he added big mac sauce and a large coke, I had a WATER! No one can answer that question for you. This is not an exact science and being you just ate, your entries would be a best guess. (i u entered them) Now, in saying that, just start the next day clean and move on. Stop feeling guilty about it.

An HRM or fitbit is your best shot. I wouldnt worry over it, Remember MFP way over calculates and this is not an exact science. Go with the lowest one. Especially If you plan on eating those back.

You want it because u typed it. BUT you dont want it bad enough- Kick it in gear and just start, I was the SAME way... just couldnt get started. Well I did- the first 2-3 months was the hardest, forget just the first day! When you really want it, you'll go after it.
