I totally log for me- not sure why I dont stop - 410+ days jeez.......I should know how to eat now. Guess just not ready! Plus doesnt hurt a soul and I dont really mind it. Im in Maint now - so when I have those times that I fall in a bag of chips ahoys I dont log anymore. I never check the mail naked! :)

my magic time is 3-4. it doesnt matter if I am full or not- i just wanna eat! snack, crunch. Nothing helps - just do something, walk, work, chew peppermint gum. Oh and then night falls and its back! :)

Clean up your day- you have lots of processed foods. I dont see any thing lean, green and clean and very little water. I would ditch that processed oatmeal asap! Soooooooooooooooooo many other great choices.

I see these ridiculous posts and it infuriates me! 1200 cals is not enough for any human to live long term on! Everyone has an off day and might not each much- but to say you cant eat 1200 cals on a long term basis- please. Do some research- learn how to take care of your body whether you can cook or heat up the oven!

I researched body media, nike fuel and fitbit. Got the fitbit almost a year ago! Made me a very skinny girl! They are fantastic. I eat them --all flavors. GNC has buy 3 get one free. Its really the only one I eat regularly. You are right, most bars have terrible ingredients- and the sugar!

I crave it too, all I drink and my coffee. I gave up sweet tea a year ago - I still cant believe it. I keep a big thing of the bottled water in my car so I always have it. Funny how things change. ;)

Good luck! I love sweets too- and cant eat just one. I also love cereal! There is not a magic fix. First would be dont buy it- another trick is put peppermint gum in ur mouth- nothing tastes good after that.......:)

Pretty simple, calories in verses calories out. They say the calorie doesnt matter, but I think the quality of food is impt.

I was the same in the beginning blowing tons of calories on it. My soultion was switching to powder. It worked. I learned to like it better than the creamer ;)
