I dont cheat either. If I eat it I log it. Sometimes if I take a "bite" of something I dont, because I dont know how. I usually have extra cals left over to cover any missed measurements or calculations. Its not an exact science and I am losing at a nice rate.

Hi, I glanced at your diary. Just check the sources of your sugar, example the apple a good choice, but the cranberry juice not. Its a lifestyle change so if you enjoy the juice have it :) I struggle too, especially if I eat a banana. WOW they are loaded.

Your not eating enough food! Its extremely unhealthy and whatever you lose you will gain back. It has to be a lifetime change, not something silly as 500 calories. You really have to ask why your hair fell out!!! I suggest you see a nutritionist. Sorry if I sound sharp, but I read posts like this and just cant believe it.…

MF gives me 1210 cals and fitbit around 1435. I balance them both. In fitbit once the food is syncd to MFP you can see in the food plan what you have left. Fitbit bases off the calories you burn, your learned activity level, etc... MFP bases it off what you enter and how fast you want to lose the weight. People really give…

Sure - you should be able to do what you have been doing, my co-worker is now 7 months pregnant and she walks 5 miles with me everyday at work! She has gained 30 and I have lost 30- its a big joke we have ;) She also does Pregnant yoga. The bigger u get you won't want to do all that jumping around.

I to have this "problem" I walk 10 miles a day and do some Jillian Michaels DVD's. I just cant take a day off. No matter what I am told, its like it calls to me. Only in the morning...............but I do it everyday! I cant help it. Techincally your suppose to do it once a week, but... I cant resist. Throughout the day is not a good idea, that would totally stress me out ;+)

Anything but.... activity is very important. There are a million reasons why weight doesn't move as fast as we would like. Just think about how long it took you to gain, equally to come off. I can eat perfect and gain 2 pds. Don't worry about it, diet and exercise are the key.

I tried to give it up along with the coffee mate, I Too was MISERABLE! So, I just take the hit on the calories for the creamer and move on...........HAPPY. This is a lifestyle change and I dont plan to ever give up, enough said! :drinker:

My husband calls me "skinny *****" !! Hahahahaha And I went out to lunch with co-workers (under protest, but felt like I should ) and they had the FRESH yeast bread with the plate of magical oil and spices floating about.....I even cut it for them! I didnt touch it and ate my salad with no dressing!

I suffer from eating at night, I can go all day and be fine and night falls and I am in the kitchen. For me I crave cereal. My daughter got me a choc protien shake mix and I am going to try this with some semi sweet choc chips. Maybe it will help. It is all about calories in verses calories out. My cat could care less, but my 5 dogs ( 2 great danes ) think it is party time! I go to the basement now and leave them up here, I hear them having a party upstais just as soon as I am working out good, I have to come up and scream up the steps!
