Haha....would be interested to hear from guys that do that! Do they exist, out there somewhere?!

RICE. Rest, Ice Compression, Elevation! Do this to help the swelling go down. It could be your shoes. You might possibly have a weakness in your ankle now than won't fully recover. I always have to run with a support on due to an old injury. Just look after yourself, and give it time to get better....don't want to make it…

Then I started on here and realised just how many cals I was consuming (not to mention far too many units of booze). I've cut way back, easier than I thought it would be...right now I'm more…

You'll hear a range of different views. I personally don't as caffeine is a diuretic (however mild) therefore it's making your body lose some fluids.

Lust, aye. Love, no. Just not possible!

Each to there own really. I used to be a veggie, mostly for the 'cruelty to animals reason'. I was young (11) and was making a statement I suppose. Started my McDonald's embargo at the same time. I lasted about 4 years, and even now only eat chicken and fish. No reason for avoiding red meat other than the fact I don't…

Shawshank!! That was my choice before I even read the first post! :)
