i grew up without being allowed to help myself to the food in the kitchen. if i was hungry i would have to have the dinner made for me or the left overs in the fridge. dinners were usually rice based so quite filling. are you eating a lot of ready prepared meals? they are always high in sodium. Anything fresh and made from scratch would be best to cut down on your sodium intake.

oh no i dont blow it on the weekends, but i do sometimes go into my 49 allowance but never over my plan entitlement. its been slow for nearly 3 weeks now....do i just wait it out and see what happens...?

i live next to the Epsom Derby which is tomorrow so im going to make an appearance and hopefully get a glimpse of the queen :) then if the weather holds up... BBQ AND BOOZE! its not every year we get a 4 day weekend! im going to enjoy the hell out of it :)

im not sure that never having thin thighs is true.. my sister had a very athletic physic and large muscley thighs from sports she did and then she decided to take up running and it changed the shape of her legs completely.

I eat three main meals a day and enjoy them thoroughly, my snacks if I want them are fruit and the odd biscuit with my tea :) more than satisfied!

step aerobics and weight training, also jogging/running is good for "changing the shape" and giving you a lean muscle look.

Wow all these positive comments!! I'm expecting it to be tough, my trainer used to push me to the point where I'd almost vomit so I'm hoping I can push myself the same way. I am useless on a pull up bar, my bf has one and all I can do is swing on it lol!! Thanks for the comments I'm definitely going to give it a go :)

you have every right to report this, do you have a union or a person higher up that you can go to? im sure you arent the first person he has bullied and you certainly wont be the last. you need to get yourself better and you did the right thing but not sticking around! something good will come up, dont worry :o)

dont cut anything out, just cut down! when you know you cant have something, your going to want it more. go and buy yourself a small low fat veggie pizza or make your own to get rid of your craving. it does get easier, you just need to get past the first couple of weeks then the cravings will disappear x
