If it is only the amount that needs to change, then click on the link to that specific entry and change the amount in the dialog box that pops up.

  • Cheese for sure. Now that I am watching what I eat and I am learning so much more about what is in the food I eat, I am amazed at how much less cheese I eat. I learned that cheese was one of my comfort foods and I have to now come face to face with why I need comfort foods.
  • Try an oven roasted chicken breast without cheese. Much less calories and fat. If you prefer the Teriyaki, you can cut a fair amount of calories and fat by having it without cheese.
