Mexican food! That is always my craving, even when I was pregnant I did crave some sweets but mostly MEXICAN.....let's just stop talking about it my yogurt is starting to taste nasty. :angry:

I totally understand I LOVE food too and it is hard but how I think of it now I just burned 400 calories doing a hard workout I'm not going to eat a 900 calorie meal and ruin that. I've just recently switched to all fresh fruits, veggies, meats, whole grain everything and I also drink a gallon of water a day. I feel…

I did p90x before this so my thighs were already pretty hard but now oh my gosh they are already getting crazy ripped it's great!

I did it and had awesome results I had a lot of weight to lose so I don't look ripped but I lost about 35 lbs. I would definitely reccomend it and also check out insanity, it is more intense then P90X. I just started it last week and already lost two inches off my waste. Just about anything from beachbody I think is worth…

I've lost a mid-sized microwave....who would have thought! Now I just need to lose another one and I will be at my goal weight.

Just last week I started eating 5 meals a day and boy it has kick started my metabolism! They usually say women need 1200 calories a day but if you add working out you get more that that. Every meal that I have is around 250-300 calories and it is working great for me! Good luck I hope you find the right eating habits!

Yes it is hard, the problem I am having is that I feel like I'm having too many calories. With the workouts its recommended I eat 1700 a day but I feel like that is too much I've been close but around 100 less everyday.
