I have absolutely no advice for dance videos, lol. As for yoga, Shiva Rea has great videos I have her Daily Energy and use it often. Rodney Yee videos are also great, AM Yoga has great 20 minutes practices.

Don't beat yourself up about it. It happens!! If you binge and overinduldge, just say: Well that was pretty good! Then the next meal get back on track. It won't hurt your progress if it happens occasionally.. (like once a month. =) ) I'm sorry you got sick though. That's never good.

P90X is awesome.. but they're all about an hour. I workout in the AM too before I leave at sevenm for school. I started using Chalean Extreme, which is also from beachbody. They're all between 30-45 minutes. I love it so far!

Beachbody.com has lots of different programs for all levels of exercise. I love them! You can spend awhile on there just looking around I know you'll find something. I also really like Jillian Michael's workouts, Billy Blanks is pretty good too, his Cardio Inferno dvd was a lot of fun.

I love Chobani flavored greek yogurt. You could try protein powder instead of protein bars. It will be lower in calories and carbs for just one scoop.

I'm on my second week of Insanity after 6 months of P90X. Insanity like PlyoX everyday. The first month the workouts are about 40 minutes. I haven't watched any of Month2 yet. They are very intense and a KILLER challenge! I think P90X definatly got me ready for Insanity.

This happened to me all my life! Even walking for a short amount of time and my whole body would itch like CRAZY. I started exercising with videos and whatnot in my house. After a couple months I tried walking and I didn't itch! I always felt I was alone in this problem.

When I've done it alone, I think like 20 or 30? After I've done a weight workout though it's approx. 70-100. (kind of big gap, just depends on the effort, I hate ARX lol)

I love BFBM! It's definatly a tough workout. You could incorporate it into Turbo Jam. I did Turbo Jam exercises for about a week.. but I'm really not that familiar with the program. I guess it just depends on how much protein you're trying to get into your diet and how many other sources of protein you eat. I try and get 35-40% protein. I can't eat enough eggs and meat etc.... to fit it into my diet, so I normally will eat a protein bar or have a shake. I love them! Pure Protein has pretty good bars…

I loove Promax Chocolate. I found one at Walgreens the other day. It's Labarda (sp?) Lean Body. It was DELICIOUS. After I ate it I realized it had 16 grams of fat. No wonder it was so yummy, lol.

I've done both ways. I've found that I personally have more energy for weight lifting when I do cardio first. I do a 30 minute cardio before weights sometimes.

- Couple pieces of dark chocolate - I LOVE Jello sugar free puddings. In most flavors. 60 calories. - You could get a good protein powder. They are a lot healthier, you can mix with skim milk and ice. It's like a milkshake. I'm a chocolate lover too!
