  • Question: What P90X and all this other work out stuff y'all talk about on here. I'm totally new to this. Thanks.
  • That person in the picture looks anorexic. I would not want to be that thin.
  • Have you had any hormonal tests done at all? Thyroid? Sometimes there are other factors that go into the lack of weight loss when you put so much into it. Definately get a second opinion they are a must no matter what you are going in for. My husband had back surgery and he got three different opinions before he finally…
  • Five years ago I lost 50 pounds in five months. I started my weight loss journey and probably was down a good 25 pounds before I bought new clothes. I just wore a belt with my pants and my tops were big enough you couldn't tell. I finally had to break down and buy new pants and shirts for work. It was an awesome feeling…
  • I'm married. We've been married for 11 1/2 years and we've known each other and had a child together for over 19 years. We weren't together when we had our first daughter but five years later he decided he was ready (I had been ready since we first met, LOL) I believe in marriage and believe it takes hard work and…
  • I don't think marriage ruins a good patnership. I think people's perception of what marriage should be can ruin a patnership. I wouldn't live with a man I wasn't married to. In certain states you have no rights to anything of his if something happens to him and you aren't married. I guess the way I grew up has a big impact…
  • I"m 5'6" and I have over 50 pounds to lose to reach my ultimate goal but I would love to lose 50 so you can add me if you like.
  • Make sure it's on a flat surface and you are standing on it correctly. It's totally possible you have lost 3 pounds if you've been eating right and working out.
  • It depends on when you are doing it. You want to do it at the same time daily. It might not be spot on but it's close. I used to weight myself and do the wii fit board. It was pretty close pounds wise to the weight the scale said. It's a good way to track. Just remember, it's not he number on the scale it's how you feel…
  • I weigh weekly at the same time. In the morning, before my shower with no clothes so I have an accurate number. You shouldn't weight yourself daily, that is definately not accurate, but more important than actual pounds is measuring the inches you have lost. Inches tells the true story.
  • I am 36 too and will be 37 in august and I'm trying to get to feeling the best I've ever felt but I have a ways to go.
  • I'm right under 5'7" and I weigh in at 222 lbs right now. Five years ago I lost 50 pounds and was sitting at 175. It wasn't my goal weight but to be honest I was really happy with that weight. My ultimate goal weight is 150 but I refuse to be stuck on a number. When I get to a point I am healthier, tone, and feeling great…
