I get really bad cramps, so bad I have been advised to take the pill so I only get a period every 3 months, so I tend not to exercise. I like to lie in my pjs and watch rubbish tv :) I think of it as a 4 day holiday every 3 months haha.

I made one today, a peanut butter, banana and chocolate smoothie! I used: 1 banana sliced 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter 1 cup of milk It tastes a bit too sweet so next time I am going to go for just 1 tbsp cocoa powder and maybe add another half banana! I am 6'0" and started about 177lbs. I thought I would look great by 160 but I am on 162 and have a long way to go. I have a healthy BMI and have started strength training to lose the body fat as thats what concerns me more these days, staying away from the scales!

Thanks for the advice, I never thought of it that way. Maybe its an intolerance and not as bad as an allergy? I think I will go ahead as I tried it for 2 weeks and felt much better. It's just getting used to the new taste!

I have had IBS for a year now and I still find it difficult to live with. I haven't nope! I think I was too scared I may accidentally ingest something bad so I stuck to safe foods. Also I usually work 2pm - 11pm shifts so I will probably start cooking up something at lunch time to take with me to fill me up instead of soup! Thank you :)

It has gotten to the stage where it has affected my work and is making me feel very upset and fed up, however when I try and cut out wheat I have been sticking to salads and soup which hardly fills me up and GF food is expensive!

I had this problem for years and it drove me crazy. It could be linked to IBS which I was diagnosed with last year. However I find foods that contain wheat (gluten) to make it a lot worse. I don't sweat the same as others. I go very red and damp but thats as far as it goes. My boyfriend, on the other hand, sweats insanely even after a brisk walk. He used to think I wasn't working hard enough but I was!

I have only noticed it reducing since I have lost weight. Hoping that when I get into lifting again it will help its appearance although I know it can't completely disappear!

21 When I was younger it would have been a LOT higher. But these days I have came to accept myself. I still hate my lower half sometimes but other times I don't mind it, I could look a lot worse.
