I'm 5'8" and my goal weight is around 150. I am pretty muscular and I don't want to lose all of my curve! My sister is 5'7.5 and around 125 and she looks like a model! I guess its all about your body type! 150 and 125 are both healthy BMIs for the heights so wherever you feel the best at you should go for! :)

From my personal experience, if you are exercising vigorously, you will fare better in the long run to take a 'rest' day or to lighten a day or two in your weekly regiment. When you exercise for a continuous cycle, your body does not have time to re cooperate and gain all of the positive outputs of your exercise routine.…

I am the same way about Hercules! I got him last summer and I have no idea how I lived without him, they are just the sweetest dogs! My daughter is 20 months old and she bugs the crap out of him, but he never bites, growls or anything. Such a sweetheart lol.
