If you want to loose the weight stay within the 1200 cal. It's worked for me and I reached my goal.

Are you sure that you are entering your calorie intake correctly? I only had 20lbs to loose and 1200 was my daily calorie intake. When I reached my goal I re-adjusted my goals and my calorie in take went up by 100 calories. My suggestion is to eat the 2200 calories and what you have exercised. It also depends on what you…

I still eat some of the foods that I did before I just eat smaller portions and I work out. I've lost 20lbs as of today. :smile:

That's correct if you burn 200 calories then you have 200 calories more to eat.:tongue:

I don't know about you but, for me it all happened when I wasn't comfortable looking at myself in the mirror or I started to hate to try on clothes and I've never been that kind of a person. Maybe try to get a smart phone (Droid, blackberry or iphone) , this way you could enter it more often. Good luck,!

I definitely understand. I've been losing a pound a week since I started and I don't fell deprived either if I know that Im going out for a big dinner I just workout a little more but, I'm not working out every single day. I do feel a little weird but, happy that i'm loosing the weight I just hope and pray that I continue…

I only weight myself once a week in the mornings after my workout and then I log it. I think that if I keep on checking my weight I would go crazy. Thankfully it's always been a loss or no change (the day after thanskgiving, I guess I should be happy for that).
