LOL!! thank you.... this made me laugh as i cook all the time!! the thing is i make my food diffrent so its easier.... You see i have 4 kids and a husband so cooking is one thing i do every day!! I do cook a mix of diffrent foods though. im greek so i cook greek, pakistani husband so i cook pakistani and indian food…

hi thank you guys for the support went to see a few videos and im now more bamboozled that before!! i dont understand a few things... should i be exercising aswell? i know its a slow process but how soon can you see diffrence?

Hi there I try to change the fat and protein to 30% but when I change one the other automatically changes to a diffrent percentage. What should I add for carbs??

And do I do this for a few days and go back to 1340 or for a few months?

and do you mean to leave it as 1340 and as hard or long i work out just add that i have burned 1 calorie? even today i walked for an hour i gained 316 cals.

being greek, greek salad comes to mind: sliced peeled cucumber (or not peeled) beef tomato sliced red onion black olives feta cheese olive oil drizzle squeeze of lemon fresh parsley salt and pepper mmmmm!!!

Hi i have stopped eating sweets which i didnt eat much sweets anyway but my weakness was bread. i stopped eaiting bread and lost half a stone in 2 weeks... i eat other carbs like rice,potatoes but watching for example if i had carbs for lunch will not for dinner or the other way around. Our bodies do need a bit of carbs…

hi guys i am sorry if someone already mentioned this i make my omelette in a bag with NO ADDED OIL. the big freezer bags that seal. in a pan i add water to boil i put bag over a glass so it keeps open i break the eggs in it add my veg peppers onions mushrooms etc season well and take air out and seal squash everything so…
