Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! i would suggest you eat three egg white omelette with veggies for breakfast and 2 slices of whole wheat 45 calories toast with a cup of tea. it keeps you pretty full. Good Luck:smile: :smile:

you can get the 100 calorie flat bread from costco - it has flax seeds in there which give out an extra flavor!

i never eat my exercise calories - can any one of you give me some ideas as to what i should eat ?

i never drink soda, never liked it from the beginning, i am always under 250 calories! do any of you mind giving me your menu, as to what you eat - maybe i am not eating right. i do exercise every single day, walk for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 during my lunch break.
