I'm going for timed as well. I don't have a treadmill, so all my running takes place outdoors. It's hard to track distances right now. Which brings me to another question; treadmill or outside? Is there really a difference?

I really enjoy the home workouts. I have multiple 10 minute solution DVDs. Each targets a major muscle group and has five ten minute routines that you can mix and match. My favorite is the AB's DVD. I also like Leslie Sansone! I don't like doing the same workouts over and over, so I buy individual DVDs and create my own…

You mean toning is weight loss....right? You can lose all the weight you want...but if there's no muscle under there then you have no definition but bone....I say start weight training now!! Don't "weight"... get it? Overall gaining muscle will help you burn fat and you burn calories along the way!! GO FOR IT!!

ABSOLUTELY:happy: !!! Every step counts. I'll be honest...I don't like to get all sweaty when I can't fit in a shower, so I like to just walk sometimes. It doesn't burn a ton of calories, but put a quick 15 min walk into to MFP and see how many calories you'll burn...I'll bet it's enough to make up for that extra bite of…

I love home workouts! I use Leslie Sansone most often she has a lot of different DVDs, but I own mostly her walk at home and jogging DVDs. They're fairly inexpensive and I think the workouts are excellent. I also like the 10 minute solutions DVDs. I have arms, leg, and abs. Most of these have 5-6 different ten…

I notice this more often with people that knew me at a heavier weight and are heavier than I am now. Sometimes I would like to ask how these people would feel if I said to them "you're getting to fat" or "Don't get too fat, okay?" I don't think they would appreciate it...do you? :noway: I say try to ignore it, but I…

Well, "donkey kicks" are my favorite! On all fours with good posture, you simple bring your leg up behind you and squeeze hold a few sec. and do as many as you can, switch legs.....they're kinda fun and they make my husband laugh:laugh:

Thanks for the reminder! I had planned to use my elliptical today, but you have motivated me to get out and RUN instead! Thanks..and happy running to all:drinker:

Well, I went from a triple D while nursing, to a D and after losing 60 pounds I was a B. I've gained back 20 and now I'm in a C...so I would say that losing (and gaining) in the breasts seems to be the first step in either process. There's no way to control where you lose fat. But just remember, once the rest of you…

I was thinking the same thing! I wouldn't have a hard time eating all these calories if I was eating crap...but if I eat crap I feel like it:) I don't eat back all my calories, if I'm starving I'll have a snack. But, I don't worry about eating the 700 calories I just busted my butt to work off. Thanks for saying it!!

Thanks! I seem to be averaging about 60-80 grams a day. It's always reassuring to hear others opinions:wink:

I watched the same show and wondered why there wasn't too many exercises involved. He did show a few audience members in a plank position early on, but that was about it. I'm thinking of trying the grapefruit juice, apple cider vinegar and honey drink. Friend me and I'll let you know if it works!
