As a fellow educator I feel your frustration! I'd try morning workouts. It's tough to get up and moving, but it ensures you have time. Maybe try it for two weeks and see if you're more energized during your day. Otherwise fit in longer weekend workouts and pick one day a week to skip grading and workout instead. Lol maybe 5

FINALLY! Thank you, I see all of the posts for 30 day shred, but I've completed it and moved to Ripped. I'm still on Level 1, but it's a great workout. I started on the 3rd of this month and have lost about 3lbs. since which is a huge loss for me in that amount of time!

I like these DVDs! my favorite is the abs workout. There are always five workouts that can be mixed and matched. I like the diversity. I think they work well. I'm also doing 30 day shred and I plan to move on to ripped in 30 after. I like the 10 minute solutions DVD. There are a lot on Youtube. I found Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred! Full length and all the levels I also found her meltdown yoga level one!

Well I am in complete agreement with this friend of yours! I can think of many other "American ailments" getting up off our *kitten* would cure. Diabetes, obesity, mental illnesses, cardiovascular disease, cancers....oh my this list could go on and on. Thanks for sharing with us Jenaesmith!!!!
