Hi, I'm on a Keto (HFLC) diet, and have been for about 8 weeks now (barring a week I was at a friends wedding). So far I've lost 24lbs, stopped feeling hungry all the time, had reduced pain, more energy, and can't believe how little I'm eating. My diet consists mainly of sliced meats, processed meats (like bacon, salami,…

Hi all, I'm 30 yo (or 29 and 13 months), female and 5'8". sw: 323.4lbs, cw: 310.4lbs, gw: 161lbs. I haven't weighed 161 since I was 11-12yo. I'm focusing on one day, and one pound at a time. I'd welcome some friends on here.

I'm 5'8" and my initial goal weight is 186lbs. Which I know seems heavy, until I say that that's lighter than I was at 13yo and over 100lbs lighter than my SW.

Look to MFP. We support you, we are proud of you, yes some of us will envy you, but we don't belittle your AMAZING success out of petty jealousy. And above all else, congratulations. You earned that weight loss. Rock that body! You've lost the same weight as 200 sticks of butter!!!

HI. Congratulation on your upcoming wedding. I found your weight banner particularly interesting as our start and goal weights are virtually identical! (I started 3.6 lbs heavier and want to end up 3 lbs lower than you.) I've lost 22 lbs so far, so still have a long way to go, but I didn't put it all on overnight either.…

Pineapple. Even the smell makes me gag. I love sweet and sour, but can't eat it unless I make it myself.

Plan you meals and then log them before you even start to cook. I find it a lot easier to 'calorie budget' ahead of time, even adding things the day before, this way I don't tend to have several higher calorie meals in a day, I also find it easier and more appetising to know what I intend to eat. It gets me in the mood for…

I have a bridge piercing. I found it to be the least painful piercing I've got (I also have two in each lobe, nose and nipple). It took a long time to heal as I kept catching it on tops while undressing, but got there in the end with frequent cleaning and being a bit more aware of it.

If you feel thirsty, drink an entire glass, then refill it to sip from. No eating when you feel thirsty. Thirst is commonly confused with hunger. Get kitchen scales and weigh EVERYTHING, EVERY TIME. No guesstimating. If you're craving something, have some, just calorie budget for it.

Wow! You've clearly worked hard for your transformation and WOW has it paid off! Congratulations!

I have a bridge piercing which I absolutely love! I've had it for 16 months with no signs of rejecting or migration. It does tend to get a few looks and seems to be a bit of a Marmite piercing; People either love it or hate it, and WILL tell you which! One thing to bear in mind is that if you need to remove it in the…

Face, chin, hips and butt. My belly is always the last to go.

You've both done an amazing job! I found it particularly interesting as your sister's start and current weights are virtually identical to my start and goal weights.

Life let me look that good at 32!

I tend to drink 3.5 to 5 litres per day. I find that if I drink less than 2L my weight loss slows or stops completely.

I don't. The weekends are my time. I indulge, but stick to my calories. I try to have a nice long walk in the afternoon, this takes me away from temptation during the afternoon and gives me extra calories for dinner/the evening.

I just prefer flat sheets.

My favourite perfume is Gardenia by Floris of London. Now very sadly discontinued.

I'm from the UK. It's very unusual to learn anything other than stick-shift (manual as we call it). I only know one person who learnt in an automatic (and therefore got an auto-only license.) Slightly off track, but a recent survey found that 84% of privately owned vehicles in the UK are manual.

You should be so proud, not down in the dumps! Have you considered that people may have not said anything due to being jealous? Besides, losing weight is about so much more than what other people see, it's about being confident, happy, and most importantly healthy. Think of your weight loss in actual terms. A stick of…

Tomato and Cucumber Salad. Halve a cucumber lengthways and de-seed. Cut each half into 4 strips and then cut into small chunks. De-seed 4 tomatoes and cut into small chunks. Finely slice 2 scallions (spring onions) or finely dice a quarter of a red onion. Mix together well with either balsamic vinegar or lime juice to…

I love how as your waist gets smaller, your smile gets bigger. Congratulations.

Wow! You look amazing! It looks like you've shaved off quite a few years along with those pounds. You look years younger and fabulous, congratulations!

I'm working to try and lose 24lbs before 15th December.
