Sam's Club has premier protein shakes they have 30 grams of protein and 180 calories. They are rather expensive 18.88 for 12. They are my go to, quick grab out of refrigerator. I also like grabbing one early morning before I work out. I do not like the chocolate ones but the vanilla ones are awesome. Good luck

Do not count your regular activities such as work. I was 50lbs heavier than I am now at work a yr ago. I just count new and intentionally excersise activities. I run walk very fast at work but do not count it my body is use to it. I only count what causes additional stress on my body.

Go to sears they resale returns many people return excersise equipment after getting it home then they do not use it. So the returns are practically new. I just got a nordictrack bike there with all the bells and whistles for 134 dollars. They had a nordictrack tread but it was gone the very next day. Good luck

I own a Nordic track one just purchased from sears for 134 great it was a return keep your eye open for a buy such as this they also had a treadmill Nordic track nice return less than 400 it was gone the next day.

If u are doing low carb high protein try this pork rinds crushed but use egg beater first to wet chicken then roll in the crushed pork rinds. Then bake the chicken. Yum and very high protein low, 0 carbs.

I would suggest Aleve by mouth then something like aspercreme or icy hot to rub on it then go to drug store get two knee braces they are super cheap at the dollar store put them on everytime u workout but let your knee rest for about two wks before going back to the gym

Okay left knee I am in the same about if you have a dollar store in your area get u two knee braces they are only three dollars a piece and Arthitis cream like asprecreme or any type rub on both knees then apply knee braces before your workouts sorry about spelling most nurse's can not spell. protein, use atkins shakes or protein bars go to pharmacy section if you eat 90 grams of protein you will stay full eat 15grams every three hrs and watch those carbs
