My goal today
My goal today not only my usual routine but later this evening add a luxury walk of 4 miles. A evening walk sounds fun. I will do this and then my grand total walking today will be 8 miles today. Lets get it on;)

I joingest ed this site around the last part of November. I have lost around 50lbs. I got off track, but I am now ready for a comeback. My big problem is the weekends. I work two 16 hr shifts back to back no time for excersise on these two days. I eat way to much on the weekends as way of dealing with stress. Any advice is…
