I joingest ed this site around the last part of November. I have lost around 50lbs. I got off track, but I am now ready for a comeback. My big problem is the weekends. I work two 16 hr shifts back to back no time for excersise on these two days. I eat way to much on the weekends as way of dealing with stress. Any advice is much appreciated and needed.
