  • True.... Be its hard to watch everything, like calories, fat, sugar, crabs, protein, and sodium. I lost 5 lbs this week so as lone I keep losing weight I am happy :). Yes, splitting meals is a great ideal too. Eating less food helps lose weight too.

  • I guest it works more on chain restaurants. I went to chick fli A yesterday and got a grill chicken sandwich with light mayo, side salad with low fat dressing and unsweet tea....The whole meal was under 500 calories and taste good too. I got all the info from their website to help recorded on my fitness pal.

  • Make sure you are eating enough calories a day to burn off. Not eating enough calories can stop you losing weight as well. We have to eat to burn it off when we work out or go for a walk. Another thing that helped me....switch workouts. Don't workout to the same thing everyday. I own about 7 workout DVDS. I switched…
  • I have her workout DVDS. Just to let you know she is hard core. I have to stop many times to catch my breath or my arms are killing me, but the more you work out with her the easier it will get.
  • Be honest, I lost 50lbs within 6 months about 4 years ago and I drunk Diet Pepsi. Biggest loser book said that were a loud to drink 1 diet soda a day, but i think i did about 2 or 3 a day. I still drink about 6 glasses of water too.
