i check my weight and record my weight every 4 weeks (so every month pretty much) that way i can see the progress and feel good about myself and not think that i am not losing any pounds.

I have a beach cruiser and it is the best i dont like that i cant go up hills because it doesnt have gears and i cant go faster because of it too but it is a fast and easy way to exercise...

i just started about 2weeks ago and i'm 5'2 and i should be weighting about 120 or 130lbs i believe but i weight 218 and i would love to get at least to 150. Maybe once i get there maybe i'll change my mind and set me a new goal. But hopefully i reach that... it is pretty difficult. what i would like to change the most…
