I went on a Daniel Fast last February and it was one of the most amazing spiritual experiences! It was HARD sticking with it, but learning to turn to the Lord during those temptations was well worth it. I have the Striiv app- it's a pedometer with a silly little game attached to it. You earn energy points and can build stuff on your little island. Goofy, but it motivates me to get up from my desk and walk around more often!

I like this one I found on Pinterest: It takes 4 weeks for you to notice a difference, 8 weeks for your friends and 12 weeks for everyone else to notice. Don't give up! Give it at least 12 weeks.
