I completely understand where your coming from. We are living on one salary right now and trying to eat as healthy as possible. make lasagna! Use the eggplant sliced long instead in the lasagna instead of pasta. add meat. Use the tomatos for sauce and add pepper to it :) Good luck!

I use metformin it is available at walmart pretty cheap. Metformin is generic for glucophage.

I've been using Mio sparingly..just for light taste...I dislike water straight and I can't keep it cold all day at work. So for now it stays while I am losing...when I get further down I am going to have to re-access the situation and try to keep plain water cold all day.

My weight loss dr. doesnot want me using artificial sugars. Sugar in moderation or light brown sugar is fine with him. BTW I have PCOS and insulin resistance.

I believe the cause for caution was that they may cause kidney stones. My Weightl Loss Doctor assured me that as long as I keep taking in my normal consumption for water, No problems for me. If you are concerned - please see your Doctor!!! I also use protein after a work out and sometime in the morning as my Doctor…
