I think the point of Super size was not that it was fast food, it was the amount and how often. I think you are missing the point.

I was at a halt as well until I raised my calories. I did 1200 for a few months and did fine until the end. Once I raised it to 1500 I lost weight right away and continue too.

I have ate like **** for 2 weeks. It happens. Move on and start over. Today is my start over day. It happens, take it with a grain of salt and move with it. Allow some fun or you will get to frustrated. Your doing well, keep it up

I had asked this some time ago and was told to use circuit training to log it. When I asked that was the general consensus of what other were doing. It is a great workout.

I too have been in your shoes. Please take your medication. You are on them for a reason. I have been on a couple that you are. Both the buspar and gabapentian can cause weight gain, I am not sure about the others. Ask the doctor and see what they have to say. There may be other alternatives; otherwise you are going to…

I am on my last 9 pounds and feel like I have been here for a year : ) I am getting so frustrated. I have heard a lot lately about eating enough and am not sure that I am since I am eating about 1200 a day. If anyone knows anything more information about this please fill me in. OK this is what I have so far this week.... Goal 2000 Monday NOTHING Tuesday 347 (30 Day shred to videos) Wednesday 637 (30 day shred, walking, and running) I had to work of the damn fritos : ) Calories burned 984 Calories left to burn 1016

HAHA I feel the same. Dont lie. I know if I ate **** all day. I am usually the one to point it out first. We all have good/bad days but only praise on the days that deserve it. We are not children and should be able to handle the truth by now.
