It's hard to get a HUSBAND to eat veggies too! I've found a mashed cauliflower works great for mashed potatoes! For lasagna, make a meatless one, with some veggies (broccoli, etc) instead. It's about consistency of the food! I've also had miracle or super noodles that replace pasta. It's made from veggies!

I'm still about 12-13 pounds away from my goal. I'm thinking about changing it also. First goal first, then I'll see. When in doubt, ask your doctor at your next visit, if your weight is ok. My doctor had no problem telling me when I gained weight. ;)

I've had bouts of leg cramps. So painful!! My Aunt swears by tonic water with quinine. I tried it, and hated the taste of the tonic water. I found pills at a health food store called Leg Cramps with Quinine. They're chalky with a little sweet that dissolve in your mouth (as needed). I think they work for me pretty well!…

I'm a firm believer in a win/win situation. I choose to do my "work outs" at my parent's yard. Raking, etc. This has been especially useful after Hurricane Sandy hit our area, lots of tree damage. I burn calories, they get their yard clean. (They're elderly, and need the help). I also will "work out" by cleaning the house.…

I've had friends who firmly believe in "sweating out the toxins". That's fine if you can do it. I firmly believe in sitting on the couch with soft tissues, warm blankets, and comfort foods. That sucks. :( Is it fully charged before you go? Are there some settings you can adjust to make battery last longer? I'm told having screen brightness set high can shorten battery life. Good luck. :)
