Question - Leg Cramps in lower area

This past week, I've had a cramp appearing in my legs sometimes when I start to wake up. I've heard it could be a potassium, magnesium, D12 or some other sort of deficiency. Has anyone experimented with supplements and found certain ones helped relieve that? I'm gluten free because of a severe wheat allergy so I'm thinking it's just a matter of improving my supplements.
Thanks.
Monica
P.S. I'll check the posts when I get home. I really, really want to relieve these cramps as waking up is not fun anymore.
Thanks.

I've had bouts of leg cramps. So painful!! My Aunt swears by tonic water with quinine. I tried it, and hated the taste of the tonic water. I found pills at a health food store called Leg Cramps with Quinine. They're chalky with a little sweet that dissolve in your mouth (as needed). I think they work for me pretty well!
Good luck! Stay hydrated also. :drinker:0
