  • Once you add in your exercise it will tell you that youe "earned an extra X amount of caories" My understanding is that you can use those extra calories added to your 1200 daily calories. Say you earn 200 cal. then you add it to 1200 = you get to eat 1400 calories that day. That's what I do and so far I've lost 28 pounds.
