I never had a problem with my knees, but after the first few times I was very sore. I would stop doing it because of the soreness and then when I would start back up I would just modify my intensity in order to reduce the soreness so I could keep up with the program. However, I was also doing 2 other exercise programs so I…

Still on a plataeu...current weight 185.4 I have been working additional hours at school and became an independent consultant for scentsy this week so the exercise just didn't make it into my schedule like it should have. I am really thinking next week will bring some loss though!

Still holding steady at 185.6, no loss for me this week. No big deal though, it will start happening again soon!

No additional loss this week. I guess that is better than gaining! I did increase my exercise from last week, but was not as strong in my meals. Saw a picture of myself tonight from about 8 years ago, and feel fired up to be about the same size as I was then!

Weighing in at 185.6 for the week! Down just a little bit, but liked the switch to a fruit and veggie lunch! I think that made the difference, first week back to work it was difficult to add exercise to the routine working such long days!

I am down to 185.6. I haven't exercised like I was prior to the Christmas break, but I think it has to do with getting back into the routine. Water intake has been at the recommended 8 glasses, and I only had two soft drinks for the week! Was given some new obstacles on Thursday and considering everything I feel I did…

I added grapes and califlower for the food challenge. Right now it is difficult to find fresh fruits or veggies here so those were the only two items I felt safe buying! Ate both last night and today, feeling great and planning to go buy more since it was so delicious!

My weight for today is 187. I want to get back into drinking more water since I slacked off while off work for 2.5 weeks. I also plan to pick back up with my exercise.

I would like to join the group! CW 186.8 GW by 3/17 170 that is 16.8 lbs. I kind of hit a plateau about a month ago, and have gotten discouraged. With the break from work (I am a teacher) I think I am refreshed and ready to hit it hard again! Goals 1200 calories a day 1 Walk at Home work out 5 times a week No more than 2…

Don't worry, it might be difficult at first, but you can do it! I use the Leslie Sansone walk at home videos for 90% of my workouts and LOVE them! On the other hand I don't smoke and never have so don't have experience to share there. However, a coworker of mine quit cold turkey last year and has been doing excellent, so…

I do carnation instant breakfast. I used to do carnation and a slice of toast for breakfast, an egg white and yogurt for lunch, and like a grilled chicken breast or something for dinner. I did that for about 3 months, didn't become immune, just wanted a change and realized eat the bigger meals earlier in the day and my…

I log it as walking and depending on the walk that I do distance and time is how I determine what mph to choose so if you do like a 2 mile walk in 30 min it would be walking 4 mph. Under exercise just search walking and it will give you the different mph choices and from there you would put in your time so it can figure…

I do various walks everyday and depending on the distance and time I figure the rate I was walking and log it as walking. For example I typically do a 5 mile walk and it lasts 68 minutes so I log it as the walking 5mph very brisk. I have also done several 2 mile walks that take 30 minutes so that would be 4mph. Maybe that…

I typically come way under each day, but there are various reasons for this....1. I eat foods that fill me up so I am not hungry and therefore do not need or feel the desire to eat more adding to the calories and 2. I do some pretty high calorie burning workouts most days contributing to the number of calories remaining in…
