I love eggs. I eat the yolks, because they're delicious and nutritious. Mostly I make things like protein powder pancakes with them. I've been craving an avocado and cheese omelette.

Obesity is clearly something that people are predisposed toward. We don't make people who are predisposed to cancer pay more. I'm not against a tax on foods that have no nutritional value, like sodas. It's complicated to decide where to draw the line on nutritional value, but I'm sure it's possible to set a standard.

I know a couple who have totaled not one, but two, Miatas. Maybe they need to go low carb if they're going to drive a sports car.

I don't think being an old timer at a gym justifies turning someone's fan off. If anyone else is in the room, I always ask before turning the fan or the TV off or on. On behalf of old guys who are not *kittens*, the older gentlemen at my gym are great.

If you like cross dressers, you can have as many sugar daddies as you have time for, and make them take all the protected or unprotected kittening.

I draw, paint and do photography. Textile arts too.

I've started to think of emotional eating as a smothering and distasteful habit that prevents me from doing more important things, a sign that I think my own life is trivial and boring. When I want to eat, and I'm not hungry, I find something more important to do.

I made pizza protein bread, with lots of cheese and olives. That helped, and it wasn't hard or time consuming.

Lifting every day without at least a rest day off for each area you work, and running every day, sounds like classic overtraining.

You poor thing. My heart goes out to you. All the diets that I tried had no effect on my endo. It's no fun. I was lucky that being on the pill worked well for me, for a long time. Exercise actually helped me with pain, but pain can be drastically different for different people. I had more problems with pain and sleeping,…

That calculator gives you lower bf for a larger neck, so if you have a fatty neck, it will underestimate your bf. It gives you slightly lower bf for a smaller waist, and much lower bf for smaller hips, so if you have broad hips and/or a muscular butt, you're likely to get an overestimate of your bf.

I have a small chest and waist, and that's where I lose body fat first. It clings stubbornly to my arms, thighs, and small, slightly round tummy. I love my body anyway.
-
Your best bet is to increase your muscle mass, and possibly lose a bit more body fat if that is something you can do healthily. Are you doing any strength training?

I share the man's perspective. It's up to each and every person to decide how important physical attraction is in a relationship. He might care about other things. She might care about other things.

I feel for you and wish you the best. Thank you for all that you do as a nurse.

I hear you on the jerky. I need to make my own.

I want to do 10 pushups on the floor, not on an incline.
-
Can you bike or swim instead? I do a substantial portion of my cardio on a bike, to help preserve my feet and knees for other activities.
-
Definitely log it. Ick. I hope you feel better.

If your girlfriend manages to be a size 12, and only moderately overweight, with pcos, she's doing a very good job with her diet and exercise already. Congratulations to her!

I can't speak for everyone, and my form is probably never obviously bad, but I like corrections, including very subtle ones, from a knowledgeable person. I like getting more out of my workout, and I'm used to having my form corrected, from studying dance. It does open you up to judgment though. I've had my form critiqued…

There are quite a few types of clinical depression: major depressive disorder, atypical depression, seasonal affective disorder, dysthymia, melancholic depression .... Some people have depression associated with thyroid disorders I have PTSD, now being managed very well between therapy, meds, and self care. I had bouts of…

Protein fills me up, and helps me keep my muscle mass. Meat is the leanest, lowest carb protein there is.
-
You're at a plateau. I set my activity level accurately, and do not eat back exercise calories. I put in 1 calorie for my exercise so it doesn't change my goal. Exercise is for fun, for having nice muscles, and for being strong.
-
You're very much not alone.
-
If it works and it's safe, it could be a good thing.
-
I do Strong Curves too.

That's awesome if you can do it. That doesn't work for all of us. Some people work long hours. Some people have disabilities. Some people exercise too much already. I had a broken leg that limited what I could do for a while, and it was a good thing that I was able to eat less when I couldn't get my usual amount of…

I'm NOT saying that something is wrong with you. Being shy, for example, is not a failing. However, obese people find partners. Being overweight is not what is stopping you from having a relationship.

I gave up coffee, recently, and it's a microcosm of my emotional eating. Since I stopped coffee, which causes me pain, I've realized that I reach for coffee when I want to say something that could raise conflict. I started saying some of those things. So far, the world has not ended. I haven't lost friends, my husband is…
