Well, I am supposed to be eating 1480 now to lose weight. (I am at about 205 and have lost some.) To maintain a weight i would be happy at -probably dropping another 25 pounds- I could eat about 1900 calories even without exercise according to the calculators I've found online. So that's 430 calories. Is there something…
