1 step for me is chewing gum while in the kitchen. It is amazingly easy for me to eat mindlessly while in the kitchen cooking or cleaning.

Hi, I'd love to get in on this group. I'm 48 and would like to lose around 40. I've planned my meals for the week and have roasted veggies and made quinoa for my lunches this week. What I need to plan for is between meals, Friday nights and other assorted weak spots.

I had plantar fasciatis really bad for a while. I went to a podiatrist. He showed me a foot stretch that really helped. Place the toes of your one foot against a while. Then, lean into the wall. Switch. You can also look up stretches on youtube.

Any particular way of eating? Low-carb, clean-eating, vegetarian etc. or just counting calories? A lot of PCOS patients have success with low carb. I was wondering what worked for you. You look great!!

I'm trying to count calories first and carbs second. I try to stay under 60. I'm not strictly Atkins, but I definitely believe in the benefits of low-carb.

Watch movie dvds that I've already seen, with the volume off (or on another language) and subtitles in English. Oddly enough this works for me.
