  • Hmmm.. I always thought that there is no such thing as a pessimist. A realist is branded as a pessimist by the deluded optimist. I guess I am a pessimist then.
  • I eat bread everyday more than once. I have lost quite a lot of weight without ever cutting out or even decreasing my bread intake. I would say I still have anywhere between 2-4 slices everyday. Your mileage might vary but I am very wary of 'experts' who demonize a food group in general.

  • It sounds really low to me but body frames differ so you will be able to judge better than any of us. I am 6 and my goal (for now) is 175. When I get there, I will reevaluate.
