It wssnt untill i started measuring my food that i realised how many calories i was eating. You should try it even if its only for a week to get the idea - it does become addictive though when each time is a suprise at how much you can eat for "x" ammount of calories or carbs etc..

I found it easier on the tredmill than outside. But much perferred being outside to run & think ill only use tredmill again in rubbish weather :)

Im a midwife so weekends dont mean much different to me. My shifts are random! My weigh in day is usually a Thursday if i can resist the scale. 1.4lbs gone this week YAY!xoxo

Thanks for the replies :) I will take all your advice on board. I know i have a curvy figure that to some people would be great, but for me id love to slim down those hips so that means losing some fat! Squats coming rightup! Im also thinking of starting couch25k..

Okay so I'll definitely up it to 1500 - scary. Especially when that MFP message pops up telling you you'll weigh this much in so many weeks! What carb, protein, fat ratio should it be?

I did measure my hips out of curiosity and was down 1.5 inches, also down 3lbs. TOTM now so avoiding scales until it disappears Just done day 9 :)

Just about to do L1D8 - I have just finished three 12.5hour night shifts with about 12 hours sleep total since thursday night & I have stil completed the shred - Pretty pleased with myself :)

Gonna do 10 days at each level. Although I work 12.5 hour shifts alternating between days & nights - Im hoping to still fit it in though. I was gonna do some HIIT aswell but if this soreness doesnt go away I wont be able to :(

Thanks for replying! Yeh today will be the third day and I am so sore im going to leave it until tonight cause I cant face it now, but at the same time still want to do it today. Depending on how I feel tomorrow I may give myself a rest day. I am trying to up my water intake today & will take your advice and go buy some…

Hiya, I'm on day 3 of 30DS but I'm so so sore, especially in my upper legs. Will it improve even if I keep going, and will it be like this for the whole 30days? I want to do it today but I'm worried il get worse :( Some advice please I'm sure I'm not the first or last! :)
