HRM vs fitbit and phone app - burnt cals
Hey, Iv just got a new polar ft40 HRM. I just did a 30min run. My running app and fitbit said around 300kcals, howevee my HRM said 500kcals! Quite a big difference. I did accidently stop and start my HRM 10mins in as the max heart rate alarm was sounding but i immediately restarted it? Which should i go by? :)

Fitbit setup mega confusion
Hiya. Just bought the one this evening. Iv set it up and synced with MFP. Im confused though. I mannually set my MFP calories to 1590 based on an online calculators TDEE - 20% is this incorrect, do i need to set it up differently? Is there any other things i need to make sure iv done in the initial set up stages to ensure…

Frustrated
After feeling amazing completing W5D3 I have really struggled with W6D1&2 :( It has been humid here in UK (were finally getting some sun) but I can't just blame it on that! Any advice? Surely after running 20min, 10min stints should feel much better?.! Xox

W5D3 tomorrow help!
Okay so I did W5D2 yesterday and I did struggle with the second 8mins I stopped for 10seconds at about the 5min mark then ran again (this is the first time during the whole programme I have stopped before the end of an interval. Should I repeat or believe I can do double that in one stint.. Ahhh xox

Running Bra
Can anyone point me in the direction of some good supportive running bras? Im a 32DD/E and i have been wearing a triumph triaction extreme with a cheapy sports bra ontop also to control movement! I just need something deccent and not too overpriced?

Considering treating myself if i complete the programme! Tell me about it pros/cons...? How accurate is it at recording calories burnt during runs etc? Can you enter that your starting a run to record the calories burnt? Would i need a HRM as well :/ ?

Calorie goal confusion
So I'm trying to lose a minimum of 10lbs more to get to my goal weight. I'm a midwife who's constantly on my feet at work for 12.5 hrs a day 3 day's at least a week. MFP recommended 1300 calories. My BMR however says 1460. My TDEE is around 1900 mark. I'm confused which to eat at to lose? I also try and fit in 2fast days…

Muscle pain after exercise?!
Hiya, I am currently doing 30DS. But I have really bad muscle pain in my upper legs, but i dont want to give up. It hurts to get up, walk and sit down on the loo even. Is there anything I can do to speed recovery?! Will it get better or worse if I just keep going? :)
