  • This is so hard for women, especially so soon after drastic weight loss, as the fat can fly back on. I have no scales on holiday to measure it so it’s literally just the jiggle test in front of a mirror to see if I’m growing muscle or fat haha. Definitely don’t want to lose my gains either, fought hard for 8 weeks now.
  • I think I’m nervous about gaining fat with the muscle, especially now I’m on holiday in Bali for 6 weeks, gym access patchy and buffet access 100% haha. I guess it will slow down my muscle gains if I am too restrictive but also dont want too much flab in a bikini, since it can be hard to tell when there is muscle under…
  • Here you go! It still needs to rise but I sat it beside the heater and it behaved well for me. https://www.inspiredtaste.net/19313/easy-focaccia-bread-recipe-with-herbs/
  • I tried some new recipes tonight, white fish baked in a creamy sauce with potato gratin and leeks and a panko Parmesan crust (amazing) and rosemary garlic focaccia (super easy).
  • I fit into some cute size S pjs I bought for my 14 year old daughter then decided to keep for myself because they are cute! Baby number 5 is 5 months old and I went up to 95kgs. Looking so much younger already 8kg down and 15 to go :)
  • I love Bondi Fit, Slim it blend. It’s 21gm protein and 133 calories for 40gm serving (2 scoops) and it’s delicious. The green tea extract, l- carnitine and guarana give me a boost too, since I don’t take caffeine. I prefer banana but they’re all good flavors. Their vegan salted caramel is the only one I’ve brought that…
  • I think that 1200 calories supports medium paced weight loss in most women, by that I mean women of average height, build and activity levels (light). I personally have tracked on and off for many years so I know that 1200 won’t do much for me if I’m not exercising. Currently on 1000-1100 with intermittent fasting and…
  • Vegan spaghetti Bolognaise (I’m not vegan I just figured out that everyone likes this meal so I cook it). I use green lentils instead of meat, and whole-wheat spaghetti:)
  • I find that morning carbs wake me up ???? but I know a little bit of carbs at night can help you sleep. Balance I guess.
  • What about your cholesterol and uric acid levels? Have they suffered at all? I'm a med student so of course I like to see the total effect of a lifestyle, I know that diets rich in good fats work. My mum eats an avocado every day, but she eats no animal fats.
  • Haha my kids eat everything before I get the chance! I don't touch the house treats, my problem is poor planning and grabbing a chocolate bar at the shops sometimes when I'm super hungry and my brain says 'quick! Eat sugar! I don't keep many packaged foods in the house, and cooking from scratch takes time so salad is…
  • That's impressive, I've found it hard to fit into life with the planning etc if I'm not home.... How do you do it without getting hungry and going for the nearest sandwich? What have your results been like?
  • I've tried carb free, you lose weight fast but it comes back in because life unfortunately does involve a few carbs. I try now to just eat my carbs at breakfast, with things like oats or buckwheat pancakes. I don't get the insulin highs and sugar cravings and I'm not high on calories. I will also have an apple or banana…
  • I have a sleep disorder so tiredness is always an issue. I've always had people ask me how I keep in shape with 3 kids but I just ate healthy, didn't go to gym at all so that was actually demotivating sense. I got lazy! Now I think, I don't want to look good 'for having 3 kids' I want to look amazing in general.
  • Exactly, it's so great to have photos to show off your hard work ????
  • Hello! ???? SW = 136 CW = 127 GW = 120 That took some converting because I think in kg! Also body fat percentage 20%
  • Have you tried meditation? I find that for me it's smoking and for my husband it's drinking, but at the end of the day it comes back to one thing: STRESS! Try and deal with the stress and you might find find your need for these things is less. I doesn't have to be stress of paying bills or getting things done, many things…
  • Hi I'm at 20% now, and have just started training. I don't have a % goal in mind but a few kg of fat loss would be great! What's your workout routine?
