Feeling fat "Mentally" even though you lost alot of weight and ALL the people around you are noticing. Like they said weight loss is a mental challenge before it's physical challenge.

I gained weight because I ate alot of junk food. Like I could eat a whole large pizza every day! my favorite celeb was eating that way and never gained weight and was always thin and slim so I thought it's okay but it turned out not! also I used to eat twix and nutella (lots of nutella) every single day!

and yeah by the way I didn't say that my UGW is 40 Kg. I said at 40"s" which is if you don't know is between 49 to 40.

set down! I don't have ED! I eat 1500 calories and never starve my self. and Fit is the new skinny. and I said I don't care for the number of scales I want to lose inches and decrease my body fat. please think before you speak. Okay? cool.

I know I'm in the healthy range. but I want to lower my body fat and lose some inches. which won't be achieved without weight loss.

I've been gaining for a month now. every week. but I thought it's water but it turned out that i gained inches too.

So if I want to know if my thyroid has something wrong. I have to get a blood test? Okay I'll try to do it as soon as I have a chance too :) thanks

I eat fruits, veggies, lean protein and I eat oatmeal and whole wheat bread, nuts, nut butters, dairy! I'm short. !'m 153.7 and 50 Kg and my UGW is at the 40s Kg

No I haven't had my thyroid checked ever! and I eat my TDEE- 15%

I don't eat chips and these stuff, I eat clean and my sodium always below 1000 and some day even below 600.
