I live in NYC and bike everywhere. I don't count walking to/from bars, around the park, etc. as exercise, just biking

I already stated that I eat natural organic peanut butter that has ONE gram of sugar in it. My incentive in giving up one or the other was primarily for monetary reasons. Calories in either food aren't the issue as I cycle and typically struggle to take in 1500 calories a day.

Is it "natural" or something along those lines? I saw a "natural" option by Skippy or something at the grocery store a block away but I ventured for the organic one because it was lower in sugar/sodium

Yeah I just have a Jameson on the rocks or two and call it a night (pretty lighweight, hah.)
