You can do this! It's hard at first, but you should be able to give up some sweets for good fresh fruit. Try a cut up pineapple or banana for breakfast. It will get you going. Switch out your sodas with crystal light. If I can do this, so can you. Feel free to add me as a friend. We can motivate each other.

If you are losing weight for someone else, you are not going to succeed. Lose weight for yourself, and YOU will gain self confidence. There are plenty of fish in the sea anyway. Everyone on here is motivation enough to keep going! Nike says "Just Do it!"

Pizza is definately the one that I crave the most. I do have to lump pasta into the conversation also. For the sweet-toothes out there, try dark chocolate covered raisins.
