Hello all

New to his site. Me and a good friend are trying together. I am about 8lbs from my first goal and trying in small goals to get there. I am 5'3 and overweight. I struggle with candy and sweets. That is really hard for me. I am type 2 diabetic so it is a bit of a stronger challege for me to do. I am open to anyone that has ideas, suggestions or even advice on how to get ahold of this. Starting again tomorrow and will pray tonight God gives me courage and strength in the morning.

  • You can do this! It's hard at first, but you should be able to give up some sweets for good fresh fruit. Try a cut up pineapple or banana for breakfast. It will get you going. Switch out your sodas with crystal light. If I can do this, so can you. Feel free to add me as a friend. We can motivate each other.
  • This site is great... my advice... hmm, same that I give my students... be open to learning from mistakes and adjust accordingly. Remember it takes about a month to instill/break habits.
