I'd like to know which part of the US has alligators, bobcats and black bear roaming the same countryside (and joggers with machetes, guns and pepper spray)....so i can never go there. cheers.

stay away from oily fish, as they have the strongest fishy smell (best for you in the long run, but work up to them). cod, monkfish or any 'meaty' whitefish should see you off to a good start. enjoy!

do not go to the persons superior - they gave him the job. if you have an HR department, go to them first. and yes, try and document everything. if your phone has a voice-recording or video function, use it discreetly.

Poor mite. As with a lot of these things, diet can have a part to play. Have you tried the usual things - eating whole foods, super foods, fresh fruit? Maybe a child multi-vitamin? Of course, the dermatologist will be able to cover these things, so best of luck with that. Maybe this site has some good advice too -…

both the same. the problem is it's very difficult to get an accurate measurement of calories burned. gym machines are notoriously inaccurate. the most accurate you can get is by using a heart rate monitor, i believe.

i doubt it's shin splints, but more likely compartment syndrome where the muscles of your lower legs are confined to a sheath, and as you exercise, the muscle swells too much for the sheath size. i get it too, and if i stop and rest for a couple of minutes (sittting down preferably) and let it pass, when i carry on it's…

No good would have come from saying something while you were all drinking. Like you said, bring it up with your friend in a roundabout way. Ask him to leave the kid at home for future adult-only weekends.

I agree with not buying the bad foods to begin with. Also, you should eat before you go food shopping. If you are hungry when you food shop, it's easy to make bad choices. Good luck!
