I did W1 Day 2 today. It went well. Better than Day 1 when I ended up running for 5 minutes straight when I misheard the cooldown part for run on my app and kept on going waiting for instructions. I just finished Day 2 of Level1. Definitely more fun than 30DS. I am using 4kg weights this time instead of 2kg as the 2kg are just too easy. When I started 30DS the 2kg weights were killing my arms, isn't it funny how your strength and endurance changes with these dvd's.

I started Week 1 of Ripped in 30. I didn't think it was to bad at the time as it had many of the moves from the 30 DS which I have only just figured. But a couple of hours later my whole body is aching. Though I did do a very vigorous pilates session this morning so maybe it is a combination of them both.

Well my kids are my support crew. My 6 year old does the first circuit than tells me it is too hard. She is cute as she uses a set of 1kg weights. My son just quotes Jillian at me at random times.

Day2, Level 3 done. Pleased with myself as usually I shred first thing in the morning before work but I slept in this morning and didn't have time so forced myself to do it as soon as I got home. Glad I got through it.

Yay. Day 10 of Level 2 done - so I am ready to do the planktastic Level 3. I will take more measurements before I start Level 3 but I don't think I will bother weighing myself as the scale will just tell me that nothing is changing.

Interesting. I think the it boffins effort's are being misplaced. I can't work out what is awesome about Iran that other countries need to care about what is going on. Do they have oil? Do they have natural gas? US and Canada have those, so what is that actual point.

Hmm. Another Masters in a different area might help with career progression but I am not that fussed as my current job pays six figures plus other benefits. I finished my Master of Laws (LLM) last week specialising in Mining, Energy. I just don't think I am smart enough to do a Doctorate in Juridcal Science (the Phd for Lawyers in Australia) but I could just be in recovery mode. Another Masters seems like a lot less pressure. Well done to all the Doctors in the house.

Day 9 Level 2 done. It is such a hard level. My face is always bright red by the time I am done. I am praying to the fitness gods that there are no planks in Level 3.
