I'm on week 5 of Insanity and am super excited about the changes that I've seen in my body so far. I've even lost a few lbs. to boot! Never would I have thought (being a former couch potato) that I would be able to do a program of this sort. I'm glad that my husband puts the disc in daily and pushes play for me!

My hubby and I are starting week 5 tonight. We're halfway through! It's been the toughest program that I have ever done consistently. I'm going to be more specific with my weight stats...I was just logging whole numbers initially. 2/1: 179.8 2/8: 179.2 2/15: 178.0 Calories burned: 3,407 For some odd reason...I assumed losing the 5 in Feb. would be as simple as the weight I lost in Jan....NOT! Hope to do better next week!

I have a ninja as well but the less fancy model for about $40. It came with a large pitcher and smaller container. Turns the ice into snow!
