I have three kids and that's all I can handle! But I try to eat pretty clean (limit the processed foods). I'm not perfect, but this is not about perfection. For me, It's about consistency, and I want to keep going and do the work--every day.

You too? In the past I have done this same thing--going strong -- life happens -- stop! But right now I'm going strong and I'm going to continue to go strong. The support I'm getting from friends here on MFP is really helping. Add me if you want.

Drinking the water, lately, has been a great motivator for me. Every time I take a big drink, I am feeling strong because I'm on target.
