That unfortunately I do not know :( I just bought my measuring tape 2 days ago to track inches lost. I was relying on the scale and pictures this month. I lost 2 sizes though.

I started out around 1000-1200 calories. It helped me lose the first 10 lbs. I had to eat around 1400 to see more results. I am also eating clean & I haven't had one rest or cheat day since I started. All my meals are between 25-50g of protein. & my carb intake is probably at 100g max

sounds like your on a great path!!! 6x a day and water got me to lose 20lbs in a month. =) all portioned of course. I ate 3 meals and 3 snacks. no juice unless I juiced it myself and I usually only juiced vegetables.

Well we all know how hard it is to lose baby weight. I lost 20lbs in one month. I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred for 75 days straight. Great Job!!! I did JM too my first kid and now I'm back on the bus with kid#2. So far on day 6 today. I can't wait to reach day 30 AGAIN! Thanks for the motivation !!
